Jeffery Holley meets and exceeds the Professional Qualification Standards established by the National Park Service for Architectural History and Historic Preservation under 36 CFR Part 61. Work conforms to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties and associated guidance, including National Register Bulletins, Historic Preservation Fund requirements, and State Historic Preservation Office survey and documentation protocols.
Holley holds a graduate degree in architectural history and demonstrates more than two years of full time professional experience in research, field survey, documentation, evaluation, and report preparation for historic resources.
